- Panel Design: Recessed laminated-glass standard; anodized aluminum panels on request.
- Glass Type: ¼″ laminated (black/white) standard; clear tempered, insulated (Low-E), tinted & mirror-pane by special order.
- Glazing: High-temp butyl + full-perimeter bulb seal for superior weather protection.
- Section Joints: Tongue-and-groove meeting rails with thermal break.
- Sizes: Anodized up to 20′ W × 14′ H (1″ increments); powder-coated up to 22′ W × 14′ H.
- Material: 6063-T6 extruded aluminum with integral reinforcement, 2″ thick.
- Finish: Clear, black, or bronze anodized; custom powder-coat colors available.
- Bottom Seal: Full-length heavy-duty 4″ bulb-type weather seal (factory installed).
- Warranty: Limited 3-year (materials & workmanship).
Track & Hardware
- Door Hardware: 11-gauge galvanized commercial hinges; bottom/top/center brackets; end bearing plates; 2″ nylon rollers (10-ball bearing).
- Track: Standard 2″, 12″ radius, continuous jamb-angle mount — 17-ga verticals, 14-ga horizontals with 13-ga full-length supports.
- Options: 3″ track with 15″ radius (12-ga) when specified; high-lift/0″ LHR and additional configs by special order.
- Springs: Oil-tempered 40K-cycle standard; 100K extended-life available on most doors.
- Torsion Tube: 11-ga tube standard; solid shaft as required by door weight.
